Peter Pilkowski

Peter Pilkowski is helping out the Facility Services team in Stadtmarken’s property management department. He primarily takes care of residential buildings in Aachen, such as those on Kruppstraße, in Preuswald, and in Quartier Guter Freund.

The work in this field is never monotonous—together with the team, Peter handles tasks such as gardening, cleaning facilities, and making minor repairs. He also enjoys this variety in his job, as every day is a little different. Plus, he spends a lot of time outdoors and interacts with different people as well as his team.

In his free time, Peter likes to be creative; he paints and takes photographs.
