Nina Hammes initially completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk before transitioning to the real estate industry in 2018 and earning a Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) certification as a property manager. She has been with Stadtmarken GmbH since early 2021.

Nina is responsible for the commercial management and leasing of residential properties. Since she values contact with tenants and enjoys meeting new people, she feels particularly at home in this field and looks forward to all the challenges that managing our residential properties entails.

To unwind, Nina goes swimming in her free time and enjoys traveling.
