Nikolaos Koutsogiannis

Nikolaos "Niko" Koutsogiannis is a caretaker in the property management team at Stadtmarken. He looks after various residential areas in Aachen: you can find him at Guten Freund, Kruppstraße, Preuswald, and the main customs office. He knows every corner of these areas and takes care of everything that needs to be done, from minor repairs and gardening to cleaning the facilities.

Looking after these properties scattered across the city only works with a well-coordinated team, and that's exactly what Niko appreciates about his job. He always works together with his colleagues and can rely on everyone. For everyday work, which is never boring in this job due to the various areas of responsibility, that's worth its weight in gold!

In his private life, Niko is a water lover—he enjoys swimming and snorkeling, especially in Greece.
