Nikolaos Koutsogiannis

Nikolaos “Niko” Koutsogiannis works as a building superintendent on the Property Management team at Stadtmarken. He looks after the various residential neighborhoods in Aachen: you’ll find him at Guten Freund, on Kruppstraße, in Preuswald, and at the Hauptzollamt. He knows every nook and cranny here and handles everything that comes up, from minor repairs and gardening to cleaning the facilities.

Managing these properties scattered throughout the city only works with a well-coordinated team, and that’s exactly what Niko values most about his job. He always works in tandem with his colleagues and can rely on all of them. For his daily work—which never gets boring in this job due to the diverse range of tasks—that’s worth its weight in gold!

In his free time, Niko is a water lover—he enjoys swimming and snorkeling, especially in Greece.
