Maren Kreutz

Maren Kreutz has been with Stadtmarken GmbH since 2016, where she built up the Family Office’s housing portfolio through the Quartier Guter Freund project.

Publicly subsidized housing and accessibility were already the focus of her thesis on changes in the housing industry, which she wrote to earn her degree in Real Estate Business Administration at the European Real Estate Academy (EIA) in Saarbrücken. Prior to that, she completed her training as a real estate agent in Aachen and as a real estate specialist at the EBZ in Bochum. Maren is also a trainer for Stadtmarken and Landmarken.

In her free time, she volunteered for many years in children’s and youth work, and today she can be found on stages throughout the city region and the Düren district as the singer of her cover band, Heartbeat.
