Maren Kreutz

Maren Kreutz has been with Stadtmarken GmbH since 2016, where she has built up the family office's housing portfolio with the Quartier Guter Freund project.

publicly subsidized housing and accessibility were already the subject of her thesis on change in the housing industry, which she wrote to obtain her degree in real estate management from the European Real Estate Academy (EIA) in Saarbrücken. Prior to that, she trained as a real estate agent in Aachen and as a real estate specialist at the EBZ in Bochum. Maren is also a trainer for city brands and landmarks.

In her free time, she volunteered for many years in child and youth work, and today she can be found on stages in the city region and the district of Düren as the singer of her cover band Heartbeat.
