José Vidal

José (Joe) Vidal has been with Stadtmarken GmbH since 2000. A native of Spain, he is now firmly settled in Aachen and has gained experience in many different areas of the company.

He began his professional career with an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic specializing in heating and supply engineering. He then spent 16 years as a building technician managing over 40 properties in the real estate portfolio and expanded his knowledge in the areas of security and fire protection. Since 2016, he has been a valuable asset to the Facility Management team as a knowledgeable expert in nearly all aspects of technical real estate management.

In his free time, José Vidal enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer for the SC-Nirm veterans’ team, or maintaining, servicing, and driving his 34-year-old BMW convertible through the countryside.
