POHA House
Co-spaces for living, working, and residing
The Hermanns family – The next generation! Behind the start-up POHA House is a young group of real estate enthusiasts led by CEO Yianni Tsitouras: Anke Tsitouras, who is also Landmarken CEO and Stadtmarken Managing Director, as well as Jochen Hermanns, Carsten Hermanns, and Lea Mishra. Based in Aachen and Berlin, the ten-member team is currently developing new co-spaces in Aachen, Essen, Hamburg, and Münster.
The aim of the co-space concept is to give people a home where they can easily network with a lively community and enjoy the comfort and freedom they need. Under one roof, POHA House offers high-quality furnished apartments and flexible office spaces that provide unparalleled comfort, environmentally friendly design, and an inspiring community. The concept is complemented by shared leisure activities.
The target groups include young people who have just moved to the city and are interested in making new contacts, as well as people who are living in the city on a temporary basis for professional reasons, commuters, and companies looking for housing for their new employees. Living in POHA House focuses on beautiful experiences and a sense of community that can unfold in the community spaces.
The co-space approach also makes ecological sense, as it uses natural, healthy materials in its furnishings and limits the use of space: the need for private living space is reduced because the residents of an apartment share a kitchen and living room and do not need a study or guest room. Visitors can be accommodated in short-stay apartments, and the co-working spaces that are also part of the POHA concept enable home office working even without a dedicated study.
We are very pleased to be able to implement the young, fresh ideas of POHA House in some of our project developments.
