ecoPARKS stands for the unity of economy and ecology. We believe that these two aspects cannot be separated, but rather complement each other perfectly. The new company will develop high-quality business parks in prime locations across Germany for users in the manufacturing, light industrial, e-commerce, and logistics sectors.
EcoPARKS builds modular, sustainable, and economical structures with a contemporary design, flexibly adapted to the needs of commercial and industrial companies. It is establishing a new standard in this rapidly growing market and harmonizing environmental, social, and economic goals: with the urban planning expertise of the corporate family, it is developing entire neighborhoods and commercial settlements that blend responsibly into their surroundings.
Depending on the location and use, ecoPARKS offers its flexible modular design in three variants. This means that anything is possible: from a small technology campus with integrated service providers such as restaurants and hotels, to a production hall with open-plan offices and an organic canteen, or an AI-controlled production hall with an air taxi landing pad, to a neighborhood with an unprecedented mix of everything.
