Purchase agreement with Continental: Landmarken develops former plant site in Aaachen

C-WERK GmbH, a sister company of Landmarken AG, Stadtmarken GmbH and ecoPARKS GmbH, has purchased the site of the former Continental tire plant in Aachen. Companies from the manufacturing industry can be established on the site in the short term. In the long term, the developers plan to develop the C-WERK, as it will be called in the future, into an open and sustainable quarter for urban production and commerce. The development of the former Opel plant site in Bochum serves as a model.

We are investing in a sustainable future. Together with other partners, the Landmarken family has participated in Concular's current financing round, in which the start-up was able to raise a total of 2.5 million euros.

Villa Luna opens in the health center

Dortmund city center will have a new daycare center starting Monday, August 7. The 50-place childcare facility, run by the independent provider Villa Luna, is an important part of the redevelopment of the Neues Gesundheitshaus, which is being converted into a modern mixed-use complex by Landmarken AG after seven decades of official use.

Stadtmarken GmbH has acquired the building complex at Theaterstraße 9 in Aachen. The office complex, whose most famous component is the prestigious Suermondt bank building dating from 1900, has a total area of approximately 12,000 square meters. The property is approximately 2,700 square meters in size. After standing vacant for a long time, it is now being revitalized.

The Urban Village is coming to Mannheim

Landmarken AG has acquired the well-known office complex at Augustaanlage 33 in Mannheim. The property, which consists of three buildings, including a listed old building from 1905, was sold by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), which will initially remain a tenant in the complex. As part of its strategy of sustainable portfolio development, Landmarken will renovate the property to improve its energy efficiency. The property will be operated by Landmarken's sister company Stadtmarken Business, which will implement a user-oriented management concept with its multi-award-nominated Urban Village.

POHA House in Aachen's Preuswald forest

The renovation of the high-rise building in Aachen's Preuswald district is complete, and the first tenants are ready to move in. The 14-story building from the 1970s, which had recently begun to show its age, was completely renovated by a team from Landmarken AG and Stadtmarken GmbH and restored to what it was 50 years ago: a true dream home with a view. POHA House will take over the building as a co-space operator.
