The Ruhr region is a place full of ideas, open-minded and energetic people, and—despite all the challenges—a positive spirit of optimism. With the cultural offerings of its cities, a dense network of technical and social infrastructure, and an exciting university and research landscape, the Ruhr region is a location that suits us perfectly. This is another reason why we have our own office location in Bochum.
We want to actively shape and drive forward the structural change from a former industrial society to a service and knowledge-based society – as we are doing with the O-WERK CAMPUS Bochum, where a district full of ideas and new business models is emerging in the heart of the former automotive industry. Or with the Neue Höfe Herne, which is bringing new life to the city center with its many revitalizing uses. We are helping to make the region even more attractive as a business location with innovative and highly creative ideas, so that both hip start-ups and global players feel at home here. Projects such as the Hafenforum or the Gesundheitshaus in Dortmund are proof of this.
As a leading project developer in the field of New Work, we have many ways and means of driving digital transformation in the region. We are very pleased with the open and cooperative partnership we have established with local stakeholders.
