A jewel with history
The Karmeliterhöfe used to be the headquarters of the police headquarters, later the administrative court of Aachen and the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB). Today, they are a high-quality revitalized office building.
From the modern, historic roof truss with a view of the cathedral to meeting rooms in the former cell block and spacious rooms in the impressive and magnificent foyer, the Karmeliterhöfe offers a variety of individual room concepts across a usable area of around 10,000 m². An underground car park and parking spaces in the inner courtyard of the building provide sufficient parking space for tenants and their visitors.
In addition to other tenants such as the Augencentrum Aachen and the financial services provider MLP, Landmarken AG also has its prestigious headquarters here. The name "Karmeliterhöfe" goes back to the Carmelite Order, which was based here in the 19th century.
