Here, business and research go hand in hand: the latest working environment on the RWTH Aachen Campus Melaten is complete and ready for innovative tenants. SmartLog 3 is the third construction phase of the Smart Logistics cluster and the smartest building in the city. Flexible rental space (office, conference, workshop, catering) is still available.

An intelligent building that combines state-of-the-art office space with workshop areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Sustainable, efficient, and attractive: with a bright foyer and spacious seating stairs leading to a large, bright atrium on the first floor that can be used as a multifunctional meeting and exhibition area. The core element of the ground floor is the more than 800 m² demonstrator, a multifunctional area for the application and testing of digital components. The flexible office space on the upper floors is accessed via galleries arranged around the atrium – an architectural highlight!
